Windows Mobile Gets Some Google Maps Love

Seems to be the day for big mobile software releases. Google has just released a version of their Google Maps mobile navigation client for Windows Mobile. Like every most Google products, this one is still in beta form, but it’s open to the general public. According to the Google blog, this version includes support for GPS as well as integration with your contacts database. Something sorely lacking in the Blackberry version (and a big reason why I prefer RIM’s proprietary map client).
