A recently leaked document from Cupertino details some of theApple iPhone’s core functions and technologies. This is quite a suprise if this is infact legit, considering Apple’s usually airtight security. The document gives a tantalizing look into the company’s upcoming super phone. Most of this info has been covered before, but it’s always nice to have brick-and-mortar confirmation. The iPhone runs on a stripped down version of OS X, complete with Core Audio and Core Video drivers, Open GL, and Cocoa interface. Safari does, indeed, run on top of the standard WebKit, and there’s a Finder and "Games Emulator" module to round things out. Noice!
