If anyone is still mentally recouping from the major BlackBerry outage a couple days ago, you might have a friend in your corner. Well, not so much so don’t get excited. AT&T is offering a $2.50 credit to customers that are calling in and complaining about the service interruption. Yes people, $2.50. What do they think that we’re Sidekick users? Last time I checked BlackBerry users were professionals handling real business situations. I highly doubt that $2 is going to ease Mr. Wall Street’s mind when he’s about to go to sleep after dealing with a day of chaos because RIM decided to let interns handle their NOC. Step it up guys. it would have been better to not offer anything at all, rather than try and play mind tricks on us while insulting our intelligence.
