Sony Playstation 3 in an 80GB flavor spotted

Rumors of an 80GB upgrade to the Sony Playstation 3 lineup have been swirling, especially after Sony decided to axe the low-end 20GB version a couple of weeks ago. Adding fuel to the fire is this new photo, purportedly showing a real, live, 80GB version of the gaming system. The shot depicts a new model number as well, 98004. Sony has been dodging the new model’s existance and there’s obviously no word on pricing. Stay tuned for more info as it becomes available.
