Xbox 360 Elite launches

Saddle up the horses, and scrape some cash together: The Xbox 360 Elite is finally available to the general public. The specs have been beaten to death explained in detail, but in case you’ve been living in a cave for the past few months, the Elite version of Microsoft’s next-gen console features an all black case, HDMI outputs, and a 120GB hardrive. These enhancements will cost you $479.99 to the plain old Core Console’s $299. If you think the new features are right for you then head on down to your favorite Big Box retailer and snag one of these puppies. You might want to call ahead and check to make sure your store has some in stock. We all know how well product launches can go, right AT&T?
