Anti-virus software is an accepted part of daily computing. It seems simple enough, but the reality is that not everyone that runs a Windows box is quite as saavy as say, your average Boy Genius Report reader. The next time you get called in by a friend or family member in need of some technical assistance, you might want to bring one of these along. The Digiworks USB virus chaser is a pretty straightforward device. Simply plug it in to an available USB port and it scans the host for a vast array of viruses, eliminating any offending code that it encounters. It also doubles as a USB drive and is available in 2GB and 4GB varieties, though you’ll have to jump a freighter to Korea if you want to get your hands on it. Can I just send Jack Bauer over there to get me one? Wait, that was China. I’m sure China got some hotness too!
