If you’re anything like me, you develop something akin to road rage if a website take too long to load. If ours is slow loading for you, let us know! The frustration can manifest itself in numerous ways, some people pound their fists, some people utter unmentionable words, some people close the page, and some poor souls simply grin and bear it. Whatever your reaction, slow loading websites, due to bandwidth, content, or other reasons, are a frustrating affair. A new study from the United Kingdom seems to think that they also impact your life to the tune of 2.5 days of lost time every year! Of the 1,600 Brits polled, slow loading sites were their chief peeve. The resulting web rage as they call it, caused annoyance in 50 percent of respondents, and physical aggression in 7 percent. Maybe it’s time for some state-sponsored anger management courses. Either that or a state sponsored T3 line for every home.
