Has the recent news of the upcoming Treo 755p got you all hot and bothered? Maybe you have a nasty habit of dropping your expensive smartphone in the toilet, or letting it slip through your sweaty fingers onto a block of cement? A solution may be here, though you’ll have to sacrifice some of your phone’s svelte lines in the process. OtterBox, makers of some of the most durable phone cases in the business, have just released a line of seriously durable cases for all of Palm’s new antenna-less Treos. This includes the Treo 680, 750, and 755p. The cases which clock in at 5.1 in x 3 in x 1.9, weigh 0.6 lbs sans-phone, are waterproof with overlays that cover the keyboard, screen, and everything in between. Prices have yet to be announced, but the current generation of Treo cases go for $129.95. Don’t expect anything too budget-oriented. No one ever said that dust, drop, and crush protection came cheaply.
