How to go blind in 10 minutes or less: Watch movies on your wristwatch

Small things are great and all, but there seems to be a point were small form factors begin to undermine a device’s, um, usability. Firmly pushing the limits of function is this wristwatch from Epoch. As watches go it’s relatively large, but the size packs quite a punch in the form of a 1.5" OLED screen, 2GB of onboard memory, and 6 hours of battery life. That 1.5" is put to the test, as it allows you to watch SMV-formatted videos in all of their stamp-sized glory. The watch also features an MP3 player, which might prove to be the most pragmatically useful feature, seeing as listening to music doesn’t require you to squint until you develop a headache that is guaranteed to dwarf to dimensions of this little watch. Other features include an FM receiver, support for images and ebooks (yeah right!), and a voice recorder. The watch retails for $170, with a more expensive 4GB version on the horizon. That price, however, fails to account for the optometrist bills that will no doubt result from frequent use.
