Before we get into this one let’s get something clear: This is a fanboy concept design, not a real prototype. That being said, it’s a pretty damn appealing and thoughtful concept design, so Nokia might want to take a second look. The 7001 pocket is a pint sized device that features an incredible array of impressive stuff crammed into an equally incredible small package. What appears to be a small touchscreen interface supports an onscreen QWERTY keyboard that allows for SMS, email, and internet browsing, though use of the keyboard might require the assistance of a tiny child with tiny fingers. Either that or a stylus. The clean lines of the front side are carried over to the device’s posterior, which sports a single disruption, revealing a tiny camera lens. All in all, the interface, design, and execution look pretty tasty. Is it bad to drool over a figment of someone’s imagination? Probably, but who really cares?
