XM offers apology, willing to give you a whopping $0.86
It’s difficult to determine what’s more annoying: A) Not having service you’re paying for, B) Only getting refunded about 86 cents for the trouble of an outage, or C) Having to call customer service to get said refund. While most would argue that outages are part of the new tech game, there are those that demand perfection, and if you fall under that category, hit them up at 1-800-967-2346 to request your not-quite-a-buck back. There’s still no Opie and Anthony, though…that’s a whole different story. And one that I don’t think will come with 86 cents attached to it.
