Ever the capitalist innovators, Google has once again proved that their not afraid of trying to monetize just about anything. The company has just released a beta version of their popular AdSense program tailored for mobile websites. AdSense Mobile will allow ad publishers to target mobile users with specific ad content and formatting customized to the mobile audience. These ads will soon be appearing on sites that have mobile specific versions. Given the ever increasing prominence of mobile web surfing, we’re honestly surprised that its taken them this long to capitalize on this target audience, but better late than never we suppose.
