New PS3 160GB external hard drive about to hit the market

Come August, Hori will be releasing a new 160GB external hard drive for the PS3, removing any need to worry about whether your 20-60 80GB has enough room for your goodies. It’s USB powered, which means no external power supply…good for those of you who are cord-conscious. Look for the retail price to hover around $240, and then realize that the extra dough will only get you some potential PS3 badging, and otherwise, is just another regular 160GB drive that you could purchase, well, now. For less. But you never know…there are definitely people who prefer to buy things that are "designed" for their OEM gear.
