While we might still be recovering from the latest BlackBerry outage (fine, it didn’t really affect us ‘cuz we’re on a BES), video content from ABC News and CNN.com is now available for download to BlackBerry users running OS 4.2 or higher. The videos download with one-click access, though it’s worth noting that acquiring a 3 megabyte file over an EDGE connection is less than thrilling. That said, this is pretty big move for you media-hungry ‘Berry addicts out there, and should make a nice addition to the BlackBerry bag O’ tricks. Unfortunately, YouTube mobile is still a no go, but we’ll take what we can get. This feature is available immediately by hitting up either the CNN or ABC News site. Get your video download on, folks!
