Nokia does threaded SMS

 
Nokia…threaded SMS? It seems so! Nokia Beta Labs has released a threaded SMS application for any Nokia handsets running S60 3rd edition. The program itself is pretty self-explanatory, organizing your text messages into threaded conversations that appear much like traditional instant message exchanges. Nokia Conversation, as it’s cleverly dubbed, integrates seamlessly with your device’s address book, providing contact information and ID photos as part of the SMS conversation. It’s a great way to organize text messages, and should be a welcome addition for any Nokia users out there who have found themselves a bit envious of their Apple, Palm, and even Windows Mobile brethren. Keep in mind that Conversation is still currently in beta, so expect some kinks, but for anyone willing to be a bit of a guinea pig, we suggest you head on over and take a look.
