We’re big on acronyms and all, but we don’t really understand how this one will fly…Sprint has just launched SEE, which stands for Sprint Exclusive Entertainment. SEE is Sprint’s very own mobile television network. This sort of thing has been attempted elsewhere, but we’re pretty sure that this marks the first attempt at a carrier-sponsored television channel here on American soil. The network provides a number of live and on-demand programs, and features shows from luminaries including Marshall Faulk and Trev Alberts on the sports side of things, exclusive music content, and entertainment news and current events. No word on how much this will cost, or precisely when we can expect it to launch, but we’re guessing that it will be rolled into Sprint TV’s current services sometime in the near future.
