It was reported across the net last night that Nokia’s US online shop dropped the price on the N810 Internet Tablet. Apparently there were some lines crossed at LetsTalk, Nokia’s online distributor in the US, because this morning the price jumped up to $439. What gives? If you were lucky enough to snag one last night then damn you congrats. The rest of us missed out on a fine deal, assuming that the WiMAX-touting N830 isn’t just around the corner. Let’s not forget that CTIA is less than three weeks away and Nokia could have something special lined up for us there. If you don’t care about WiMAX and still game for the N810 however, you can enjoy a 15% discount by applying the coupon code ‘SCENEZINE’ during checkout at Nokia’s store linked above. This brings the cost down to bearable $373.15 with free FedEx 2-day shipping. Not terrible, and actually $16 cheaper than the discounted price being reported if you didn’t already know about the coupon code (reported price was $330 with the code, $389 without).
