Thirteen year old is winner of iTunes one billion app countdown contest

Conner Mulcahey of Weston, CT was the lucky downloader of Apple’s one billionth App Store app. A we all know, the young lad will walk away with a $10,000 iTunes gift card, an iPod Touch, a Time Capsule and a MacBook Pro — a booty which will undoubtedly make him the envy of all his peers. The mystery question is not what he gets with all that iTunes dough, but what was he downloading? Contrary to what might be expected from a young teen, it was not iFart but rather Bump, a contact swapping application from Bump Technologies.
