Verizon Wireless launches the Samsung Haven

Verizon Wireless is addressing the needs of all it customers today by launching the easy-to-use Samsung Haven. The Haven, which we told you about previously, is targeted at the older crowd with adjustable fonts, a 2.2 inch easy-to-read display, well-being and medical management tools, and a dedicated In Case of Emergency (ICE) button. The flip phone also features a speakerphone, speech recognition, support for text and picture messaging, and includes 56-note polyphonic ringtones to jazz things up. The Haven is available now online from Verizon Wireless and will debut in stores on July 29th for $39.99 with a two-year agreement.
