Android 2.2 for Motorola DROID X confirmed for tomorrow

The gang over at Droid-Life have gotten the official skinny on the DROID X, Android 2.2-update release date. That date is: September 22, 2010 at 12:00 PM ET. The instructions seen above also detail that starting at noon you can manually pull the update down by going to: Settings > About Phone > System Updates; it appears as though you will not have to wait for the OTA to roll out in waves. There you have it.
