BGR Poll: What is your preferred smartphone touchscreen-display size?

There are lots of things to consider when choosing a touchscreen smartphone, but perhaps none is more important than screen size. If you are using a full-touchscreen device it is the only way you have to interact with your handset, and even if not… it is still the largest part of the smartphone experience. So we want to know: which smartphone screen size is right in your wheelhouse? Is it a monstrous 5-inch display like that of the Dell Streak?
