Apple releases iOS 4.3 beta 1 to developers for iPad, iPhone, iPod touch

It looks like we won’t have to wait until March for some iOS 4.3 action after all. Just moments ago, Apple made iOS 4.3 beta 1 available through its developer portal. iOS 4.3 has become famous over the last few days as it is rumored to include a Wi-Fi hotspot feature for the GSM-based iPhone — you may notice that the build number of this release looks familiar. We’re in the process of downloading the 682MB update as we type and will be sure to report back with any goodies we find.
