A new 31-second teaser for Verizon Wireless’ upcoming Motorola DROID Bionic confirms that the phone will launch on September 8th, a date that has floated around in many rumors recently. Toward the end of the reel, at the 0:26 mark precisely, the video quickly displays the date before showing “DROID Bionic” and “2011.9.8” in another frame. The video is otherwise in Korean, which seems a bit odd to us. At least we know that after delays and a redesign the DROID Bionic is less than a week away from making its debut. The phone is expected to offer support for Verizon Wireless’ 4G LTE network and rumors suggest it is equipped with a 4.5-inch screen, an 8-megapixel camera capable of recording 1080p video, a front-facing camera for video chat and an HDMI-port. Read on to see the video for yourself.
