A week after BGR exclusively reported details about Verizon’s (VZ) upcoming DROID RAZR M smartphone, Engadget has published additional information about the device. An alleged spec sheet confirms earlier reports that the RAZR M will be equipped with a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED Advanced display and a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor. The handset will also feature global roaming capabilities, 4G LTE connectivity, an NFC chip, on-screen navigation keys, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a microSD slot, a 3-megapixel front-facing camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera that is capable of shooting 1080p video. The DROID RAZR M will cost $149.99 with a new two-year agreement and is expected to be announced alongside the DROID RAZR HD at Verizon and Motorola’s press conference on September 5th.
