You would think Samsung (005930) would have learned a thing or two after its trial with Apple — it would appear not. The South Korean manufacturer on Tuesday revealed that its Windows 8 computers will come preloaded with its S Launcher widget, Mashable reported. The launcher includes the forgotten Windows Start button and also allows users to simply drag and drop program shortcuts to the dock for quick and easy access.
