Right on schedule, LG is apparently getting ready to start pushing out it’s newest touchscreen gem — the Viewty Smart. You hear that ‘other’ handset makers? It’s not every day we can get excited about a Sony Ericsson handset in this day and age, so we cherish every opportunity. Really. Of course ultra-high end isn’t a space the company should be focusing on if it hopes to get things back on track, but it’s great for us so no complaints. Samsung may have a megapixel or two (or twelve) up its sleeve for the upcoming MWC 2009 expo in Barcelona. According to leaked information from two Korean news sources, Samsung is expected to debut a 12 megapixel camera phone that builds upon the success of the 8 megapixel Innov8.
