Hot off the press from China, it looks like Motorola might not be done with Windows Mobile just yet. We can’t say much about this tiny touchscreen handset for the time being but the Windows key in the bottom left corner is unmistakable — the A3300, should it actually reach market, will be a WinMo smartphone through and through. Beyond the OS, the only other noteworthy tidbits gleaned from these leaked images are the full touchscreen form factor, touch sensitive buttons beneath the display and the presence of a 5 megapixel camera with an LED flash. Beyond that, odds are good that if this little guy is real it will likely be confined to the Chinese market. Hit the jump for a shot of the back.

Earlier this week we reported some rumored details of the upcoming HTC Leo and today it looks like things are now getting flushed out a bit. Actually, it looks like the Leo may turn out the be the HTC Firestone we first saw back in January. While all this is still in the rumor phase of course, we can’t help but get a little giddy each and every time we see mention of Qualcomm’s 1GHz beast of a processor.So behold — the kind of, maybe, sort of, possible specs for the HTC Leo/Firestone:

If you’re among the millions of E71 owners who felt somewhat slided to learn Nokia was launching an FP2-endowed variant of the handset with AT&T, just wait. According to everyone’s favorite Russian insider Eldar Murtazin, Nokia is preparing to release another new version of the device that will not only carry FP2 along with it, but a 5 megapixel camera and new color options as well. Eat your heart out E71x. As slender as the handset is, we doubt upping the megapixel count on the camera will have much of an effect on image quality — just compare the current E71′s shots to any decent 3.2 megapixel handset. At the same time, any upgrade from the current near-useless shooter is most definitely welcome. So Symbian fans, even if you were considering snagging an E71x for just a penny, you might want to reconsider before tying yourself to another 2-year contract. If you can somehow manage to wait for September or October you should have another, pretty affordable unlocked option in the E71i.

Released in Europe last month, the LG Arena is a handset that easily can get lost amongst the 6,472,891 other full touchscreen handsets spread throughout the show floor this year. While it doesn’t exactly fill any gaps in that realm, it does come with an admirable spec sheet and LG’s new S-Class UI, which is most certainly an upgrade from the company’s earlier efforts. We already saw a bit of LG’s revamped UI on our new phone-crush, the LG GD900, and we really do like it as a supplement for a true smartphone OS. In terms of functionality, it’s not quite what Motorola has achieved with the Evoke’s new Linux-based OS but what it lacks in go it certainly makes up for in show. Sort of. Regardless, the great look of the handset and UI along with the 5 megapixel camera, 3-inch WVGA display, FM transmitter, aGPS, Wi-Fi and the rest of the specs on this able handset will surely appeal to plenty of casual users. Well, well, look at what we have here. It seems that the FCC has been busy as of late giving the HTC Magic a thorough examination and the good old bureaucratic stamp of approval. So what makes the T-Mobile USA-branded version of the Magic, known as the G2, so special? Well, not only does it have T-Mobile’s special 1700 MHz band of HSPA tacked on top of the 2100 MHz band for Europe and Asia, it also sports Wi-Fi with UMA for Hotspot@Home. Oh, and did we mention the camera has apparently been bumped up from 3.2 megapixels to 5 megapixels (because Americans like everything supersized)? Other than that, it looks like everything else with the device is going to be exactly as it is on the Vodafone version. Release timing and pricing are still a mystery for now but at least we have solid confirmation that the Magic is indeed coming to America, perhaps with a CTIA debut. Hit the jump for another shot.

Sure it’s always a mystery how a handset might turn out after making its way through the carrier branding process, or “the crippler” as we call it. Will it be crippled beyond repair? Will it still be usable and only undergo minor feature changes? As far as the Samsung Omnia is concerned, the biggest question was with regards to whether or not Verizon would disable WiFi. Well you know what they say – a picture is worth 1,000 words. Big Red was indeed kind to the Omnia as it passed though the branding process and as you can see above, WiFi will be ready and waiting for all you touchscreen Windows Mobile fans for whom EVDO just isn’t enough. So there you have it folks; we showed you the pics, we gave you pricing and a release time line and now you know WiFi is still sitting pretty. All that’s left is for you to call in and place your orders or head out early next month to get your hands on a sure winner from what is now the nation’s largest carrier.

It has only been two days since we showed you the first live pics of Samsung’s sexy 5 megapixel touchscreen all dressed up in Verizon threads, but you clearly weren’t going to be satisfied until we gave you some more details. Ok, no problem – you know our ninjas don’t sleep… Those of you who really can’t wait to get your mitts on this puppy will have early online and telesales orders fulfilled on November 26th. For the rest of you who want to check the Omnia out in person before shelling out some cash for it, December 8th is the official in-store date. Woo! As far as pricing goes, you’re looking at a respectable $249.99 after the $70 mail-in rebate. Sure we would have loved to break that $200 mark for the release price but hey, early adopter tax is nothing new to us right? So there you have it, VZW peeps. If touchscreen is your game and the Storm isn’t exactly your cup of tea, the Samsung Omnia might be just what the doctor ordered.
