LogMeIn Ignition, the mobile client for the popular LogMeIn remote access service, has made its official debut in the Android market. Available initially as a free beta, the full version was made available on Wednesday for a pricey $30. Similar to the iPhone version, LogMeIn Ignition for Android lets users control a remote Mac or PC, launch applications, and access files using your Android handset. Hit the read link for a QR code to scan and download the software to your Android handset.  (more…)

LogMeIn jumped on the pre-release bandwagon by launching a beta version of its Ignition application. Similar to the iPhone version, the Android version will let LogMeIn users connect to their desktop computer systems using their Android handsets. Once connected, users can control the remote computer, share files, and edit documents remotely. Interested LogMeIn users can grab the Ignition app from the Android Market.
