Cablevision’s Optimum Wi-Fi service, free for subscribers, has been extremely popular in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut tri-state area, giving customers access to fast Wi-Fi from tens of thousands of locations. We just got a heads up that AT&T stores in the NY/NJ region are getting stock of Refurbished 16GB iPhone 3Gs and, yes, the price tag is only $149 with a 2-year contract. The information looks legit, but since this is a new tipster, we’re working to cross-confirm this! As far as terms and conditions go… you must be doing a new activation (new line), the refurbs are not available for upgrades. Additionally, they are limited to one per customer.
