Sony Ericsson had the first press conference of MWC 2009 and used that opportunity to announce the W995, previously known as the Hikaru. Yesterday Sony Ericsson announced two new devices for the North American market – the C510a Cyber-shot handset and the W508a Walkman phone. Both feature quad-band EDGE and tri-band 3G in addition to video calling. Apart from their obvious differences in terms of music phone versus camera phone, both phones are easily distinguished by their form factor.
