Not exactly like this came out of nowhere, but just recently in Barcelona at Mobile World Congress, Samsung announced the Wave S8500. It runs Samsung’s new OS, Bada, and is packed to the brim with features. We’re looking at a 3.3 inch “Super AMOLED” display, a 5 megapixel camera, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, a 1 GHz CPU and loads of multimedia support. The official arrival of LG’s Viewty Smart might not have been as well coordinated as LG may have liked, but the highly-anticipated successor to the popular Viewty is now official.
