Experience
After freelancing throughout college, Jacob moved to New York City in 2013 and took a job as a staff writer at BGR. His first goal was to connect with Sony and Microsoft ahead of the launches of the PS4 and Xbox One. He would go on to review every major console release for the next decade, in addition to covering major advances in mobile phones, tablets, computers, smart home devices, AI, and more. He's also attended major conferences and conventions all around the country, including E3, Google I/O, Summer Game Fest Play Days, and Comic-Con.
Education
Jacob received a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Alabama in 2013.
