5 Early October 2026 Prime Day Electronics Deals Worth Checking Out
Amazon's October Prime Big Deal Days event kicks off on October 6 and runs through October 7. But you don't actually need to wait for the sale to start if you want to find some solid discounts, since Amazon has already started rolling out early deals on tech like charging stations, robot vacuums, gaming monitors, and tablets. What's even better, though, is that some of the deals are already matching the lowest prices seen on these products throughout the year. That means you don't have to wait until October 6 just to start saving money.
Of course, not every product with a big limited-time deal badge next to it is going to actually be worth buying at that price. In fact, there have even been lawsuits in the past that suggest some of Amazon's Prime Day sales are completely fake — with the company accused of listing fake retail prices to inflate the discount amount. That's why it's important to always check the price history of an item, which you can easily do through Amazon's tools or through websites like CamelCamelCamel.
iRobot Roomba 105X Combo
If you've been waiting for robot vacuums with self-emptying docks to get cheaper, then the Prime Days deal on the iRobot Roomba 105X Combo is a solid option to take a look at. You can currently pick up the Roomba 105X Combo on Amazon for $199.99. It typically retails for $469.99, so you're saving around $270. That $199.99 price tag is the lowest that the Roomba 105X has hit in 2026, so you're actually looking at a solid deal here.
The Roomba 105X can both vacuum and mop, and the device uses ClearView LiDAR to help map your home and power its cleaning runs. It can also automatically detect where carpet is so it doesn't drag a wet mop pad over your rugs or carpeted rooms. Additionally, the included AutoEmpty dock can hold debris for up to 75 days, and the included bag helps trap 99% of allergens. You can also choose between vacuum-only, mop-only, or combination cleaning modes depending on the room that you're running it in.
Samsung Odyssey G55C
If you're still gaming on an older 1080p monitor, or one that only runs at 60Hz, then Samsung's Odyssey G55C could be a great way to upgrade without spending a ton of money. Amazon currently has the Samsung Odyssey G55C for $189.99 during its early Prime Day Deals. The monitor usually lists for $329.99, which means you're saving $140. Like the Roomba, it's also matching the lowest price it has sold for this year.
There are a number of things to consider when buying a new monitor, and the Samsung Odyssey G55C might hit all the marks for you. With this monitor, you're getting a 32-inch curved VA panel with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440. The curve is 1000R, which is pretty aggressive, so that's something to be aware of if you've never used a curved monitor in the past, as it might take some getting used to. The Odyssey G55C can hit up to 165Hz and has a 1ms MPRT response time. It also supports AMD FreeSync, which helps cut down on screen tearing, as well as HDR10.
Belkin UltraCharge
A wireless charger probably isn't the first thing you think about buying when a big Amazon sale rolls around. However, the Belkin UltraCharge 2-in-1 is one that is actually worth looking at. Amazon has the Belkin UltraCharge 2-in-1 for $42.99 right now, down from the $59.99 that it launched at. That's $17 off, and it's the lowest price the charger has ever been on Amazon.
Belkin's UltraCharge lineup brought 25W Qi2 charging to third-party magnetic chargers, and that faster charging is the main reason to go with this one over a cheaper option. With the 2-in-1, you can charge a compatible iPhone at up to 25W, and there's a second wireless pad for your AirPods or another device. On top of that, there's a 5W USB-C port, so you could plug in something like a smartwatch and charge that as well.
Belkin also throws in a 45W power supply and a 5-foot USB-C cable with the UltraCharge 2-in-1, which is a big deal considering how many chargers these days make you buy the adapter separately if you want to get the full charging speeds. Because it folds up, you can easily toss it in your bag when traveling, too.
Samsung ViewFinity S65UC
If you're less focused on gaming when choosing a new monitor, then the second Samsung monitor on our list might be a solid pick for you. Amazon has the Samsung ViewFinity S65UC for $349.99 as part of its early Prime deals. The 34-inch ultrawide normally lists for $589.99, which means you're saving $240, or roughly 41% off the retail price.
The ViewFinity S65UC uses a curved VA panel with a 3440 x 1440 resolution and offers a fairly high refresh rate of up to 100Hz. It also supports HDR10 and AMD FreeSync, so you can still use it for gaming if you want to. However, one of the biggest reasons to go with the ViewFinity S65UC is because of all of the ports that Samsung has included on it. The monitor not only offers a USB-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, and Ethernet port, but it also has a built-in USB hub and a KVM switch. That will basically let you control two different computers with the same keyboard and mouse, which can be really handy if you've got a work laptop and a personal PC set up on the same desk.
Fire HD 8
Amazon's own devices almost always see some kind of discount during sales like this, and the Fire HD 8 is one of the better ones in the current lineup of early Prime Day deals. The 64GB model of the Amazon Fire HD 8 is down to $79.99, which is $50 off the $129.99 retail price it usually goes for. This also matches the lowest price the tablet has hit in 2026 based on Amazon's price history. This version of the Fire HD 8 also comes with 4GB of RAM and a microSD card if you need more space than the 64GB of included memory provides.
It sports an eight-inch display, and Amazon claims up to 13 hours of battery life from the device. There are a couple of things to keep in mind before you buy one, though. For starters, the Fire HD 8 isn't a very powerful tablet. It runs Amazon's Fire OS, which means you don't get Google Play, so you're going to have fewer apps to pick from than you would with a regular Android tablet. There are definitely more powerful budget Android tablets out there that are more powerful than Amazon's Fire tablets, but if you want to keep your devices in the Amazon ecosystem, this isn't a bad deal at all.
