5 Amazon Prime Day Gadgets You Can Grab At Deep Discounts

Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days sale is here and, in a world where many gadgets are seeing price hikes because of the ongoing RAM and storage shortage, it's time to grab some of the products you have been saving up for at a discount. Although the discounts don't seem as impressive as you might expect compared to previous years, there are still several gadgets on which you can save a decent chunk of change. As you can expect, many of the promotional discounts as part of the Amazon Prime Big Deal Days are reserved for Prime members; however, you can still spot several promotions, which are open to all.

We have handpicked some of the biggest gadget deals to help you get started. As with any sale or shopping event, discounted items are likely to have limited stock. So if you plan to buy something, it might be a good idea to pull the trigger before it sells out, but make sure you're getting a good deal. You can also take the help of several apps that track discounts and prices on Amazon. While picking these deals, we considered the historical pricing of each product and accounted for any recent price hikes that products might have seen because of the AI boom.

Google's brand-new Pixel 11 Pro XL, which was launched in August this year, is getting its first major discount as part of the Amazon sale. Otherwise sold starting at $1,299, the phone is currently available starting at $999, helping you save $300 across the three storage variants. As we noted in our Pixel 11 Pro XL review, it's an excellent daily driver and all-rounder, which performs well in all the essentials. It has a vibrant display, delivers over 30 hours of battery life, has one of the best cameras among Android phones, and comes with an impressive software support period.

The only drawback is that some of its latest additions are not quite there yet, though the company is quickly improving features like the HiLight LED. You can choose from four color options for the Pixel 11 Pro XL, and it's compatible with all major carriers in the U.S. Besides the Pixel 11 Pro XL, the Pixel 11 and Pixel 11 Pro are also listed with significant discounts, and you can save $150 and $250, respectively.

Eufy Security's E340 is a widely liked option if you're considering a video doorbell with built-in local storage, which also doesn't require any subscription. Although it has a list price of $150 and is often discounted to around $120, you can get it for $100 during the Amazon sale. It can work both as a wired and wireless video doorbell, thanks to the supplied 6,500 mAh battery, and features two built-in cameras. While one of the cameras covers the front and provides a head-to-toe view of any visitors, the secondary camera keeps an eye on any packages or smaller visitors to your home. Other features include support for color night vision and your existing mechanical chimes, built-in dual motion-activated lights, and two-way audio.

There is 8 GB of built-in storage for the doorbell recordings. However, if you want more storage, you might want to invest the money you saved on the Prime Day deal in the company's HomeBase 3, which is a smart hub for Eufy devices and allows you to further expand the local storage for the E340 (and any other Eufy cameras you use) to up to 16 TB (with 16GB of built-in). It's also selling at a discount right now. The E340 is one of the best-selling video doorbells on Amazon and also a top pick from Consumer Reports for subscription-free models.

Bose's QuietComfort Bluetooth Headphones are another gadget that you can buy at a significant discount during the Amazon Prime Big Deal Days. These wireless headphones, which have a list price of $359, are selling at just $169 as part of the sale, which is the lowest-ever price for them on Amazon. These well-regarded over-ear wireless headphones come with active noise cancellation (ANC), 24 hours of audio playback with ANC, multipoint Bluetooth connectivity, and a lightweight as well as foldable design. You also get a hard case with a faux leather exterior to carry these around and an audio cable with a built-in microphone, which you can plug into the headphones when you want to use them as wired headphones. The microphone in the cable is in addition to a built-in microphone in the headphones themselves.

In other features, you can manage the Bose headphones using the company's Bose Music app for Android and iOS, which offers EQ presets, a 3-band graphic EQ, and button mapping. Unfortunately, there is no support for USB audio or fast pair on both mobile platforms. If you don't have the budget for the QuietComfort Ultra or the second-gen QuietComfort Bluetooth Headphones, you can consider these. There are multiple color options to choose from; however, Amazon doesn't seem to be offering the same discount on Chilled Lilac, Blue Dusk, and Moonstone Blue colors.

Besides offering solid discounts on Google's Pixel 11 series, Amazon has an excellent deal on the Pixel Watch 5. This Wear OS smartwatch was originally launched at $399 alongside the Pixel 11, but Amazon Prime members can currently grab it at just $335, which is a pretty reasonable discount of $65 on a two-month-old smartwatch. The Pixel Watch 5 has a lot going for it, from its 3,000 nits OLED display, all-day battery life with fast charging, and a host of health and fitness features, including blood pressure and insulin resistance tracking.

Experts from CNET, PC Mag, and Trusted Reviews have generally good things to say about the smartwatch, highlighting its sleek design, accurate exercise and sleep tracking, and fast charging, but weren't happy with the increased launch price and a scratch-prone design. Fortunately, you won't have to pay the increased price if you buy it right now.

The Pixel Watch 5 is available in two sizes: 41 mm and 45 mm, both of which also come in Wi-Fi-only and LTE variants. Moreover, you get the choice of four color options and a special Stephen Curry edition, which is obviously pricier but is also discounted by $85.

Samsung's S32GF budget monitor is down to its lowest price during the ongoing Amazon Prime Big Deal Days sale. It carries a list price of $160, but you can buy it at $96 right now, saving $64. It's a 27-inch IPS monitor that features a 120 Hz refresh rate, 1,920 x 1,080 resolution, and two HDMI 1.4 ports. In other highlights, the monitor comes with an Eye Saver mode to reduce blue light and a Game Picture mode for better visibility of the game elements. It can be a good option if you're on a tight budget.

Unfortunately, despite its relatively higher refresh rate, it lacks support for popular variable refresh rate technologies like AMD FreeSync and Nvidia G-Sync to reduce screen tearing in gaming. Still, the 120 Hz refresh rate should help provide a smoother experience in everyday computing. You also don't get any built-in USB ports or speakers, and the supplied stand only supports tilt in terms of adjustments.

Amazon shoppers generally have good things to say about the monitor and have given it an average buyer rating of 4.5 out of 5, based on over 600 reviews. Buyers find it to be a good value for money and say it provides rich colors and an overall excellent picture quality. That said, some buyers decry the lack of built-in speakers and the placement of the power button.
